Our mission is to help direct the sustainable development of health and wellness providers on Hawaii Island.  We support our members with education and training, standards and guidelines, networking, media outreach and promotion.  BIHWA recognizes excellence in health and wellness services, and through our website, in-bound travelers can plan their wellness vacations in Hawaii.

The Association’s mission is, further, to contribute to the economic health of our community through the development and promotion of Hawaii Island as a world-class health and wellness travel destination, emphasizing Hawaii’s diverse culture, sacred land and Aloha spirit.
